What is my registered address in Sweden?

On skatteverket I only see a document that verifies my current address and since when I’ve lived there. It doesn’t even state if someone lives there with me. I’m trying to find a document that can show me and my sambo have lived together since we arrived in Sweden.

Is there any document that gives an address history for a person along with the dates they lived at that address? If not, do we need to rely on other official documents like letters from skatteverket etc to prove he lived with me?

A permanent COA is just that; it allows your mail to be forwarded to your new permanent address for a specified period of time. It covers first-class mail and periodicals, but generally doesn't forward standard mail, such as circulars and catalogs. With a permanent COA your new address is made available to companies who subscribe to the National Change of Address Service and provided to business mailers upon request.
